Note: 1 license will work
on one PDA/smartphone only. If you purchase a new device, then you must buy
another license. Exceptions allowed: when your old phone was broken/stolen, or when you did a firmware
or software update which resulted in a change in device id. For such cases please send an email to support@navitel.su
with the subject "License transfer to a new device" and explain the situation. Please make sure that you mention
what was the device ID of the old device and what is the Navitel license key that you received from us.
Such requests are usually processed in 3-5 business days. You will get an automated reply after you send your email,
which will say that your message was received and it was assigned a certain tracking number (shown in the subject line).
If the support team finds your request as legitimate, then they will erase the license key you have from the activations
database, so that you could re-register it again for the new device ID.
